
Building Manager

- Oversee building operations, maintenance, and compliance with HSE standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance through external contractors
- Support budget planning, cost recovery, and financial reporting
- Foster strong relationships with occupiers and drive engagement through events and placemaking initiatives
- Collaborate with facilities and surveying teams to deliver strategic objectives
- Lead and develop on-site staff, ensuring training and performance standards are met
- Proven experience in building or facilities management (2+ years)
- IOSH certification (essential); NEBOSH and IWFM (desirable)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proactive mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Comfortable using Microsoft and Google platforms
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
