As a product controller, you will work with the front office, traders, risk and valuation teams to develop in-depth product knowledge covering a wide range of products including Interest Rates, FX, Credit, Equity and Hybrids.Applications close on 4 January 2026. Starting off with technical training, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our products and markets. Then armed with this knowledge, you will have the opportunity to join Product Control.Product Control plays a key role in both supporting and controlling the revenue generating functions of the business. The department’s key responsibilities include:
  • P&L reporting, attribution and commentary
  • Independent price verification
  • Reserving methodologies, including provisions, valuation adjustments and prudential capital reserves
  • Ensuring the correct controls and processes are in place to manage new and existing products
As part of a select intake, you will learn from some of the best professionals in the industry and will be allocated a buddy to make sure you have the support to get the most out of the summer internship.Our Summer Internship Programme acts as a pipeline for our full time Analyst programme and a successful summer intern may receive an offer to join our full time Analyst Programme the following year.Join Our TeamWe look for talented, motivated and ambitious people who will be able to help drive our business forward.
