
Housekeeping Supervisor - Solihull

- Plan and supervise daily activities and shifts for the housekeeping team.
- Train, motivate, and develop housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and organizational policies.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, resolving any issues that arise.
- Thoroughly clean rooms, change bedding, replenish consumables
- Room turnaround is 30 minutes per room
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by housekeeping assistants.
- Manage and maintain an adequate stock of linens, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
- Order and replenish cleaning products and other necessary items.
- Ensure the adherence to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations and protocols.
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with other departments, such as maintenance and the front desk, to address issues and coordinate services.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in housekeeping.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A thorough understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with budget and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
