CRA Consulting are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable and well-established law firm based in Bakewell, in the heart of the Peak District. The practice has built an outstanding reputation for its conveyancing services across Derbyshire and South Yorkshire, combining modern legal expertise with a strong community presence.
Due to continued growth and succession planning, the firm is now seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its Residential Conveyancing department.

As a Senior Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will:
Manage a high-quality caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
Work closely with the Head of Department and firm's leadership to drive the growth and strategy of the Conveyancing team.
Be involved in business development and client engagement, helping to maintain and expand the firm's long-standing relationships across the region.
Mentor and support junior solicitors, paralegals, and conveyancing assistants.
Take on increasing responsibility as part of a clear succession plan, with partnership opportunities for the right candidate.About You
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
Proven ability to run your own caseload independently, from instruction through to completion.
A track record of excellent client care and relationship building.
Commercially astute, with the drive to contribute to business development and departmental leadership.
Ambition to progress into a senior leadership and partnership position.What's on Offer
