Start Date: ImmediateAre you looking for a rewarding school-based role in Caterham? We’re recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join local primary and secondary schools this September. As an LSA, you’ll play a vital role in helping children with additional learning needs to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND or additional needs
  • Helping children engage with lessons, build confidence, and reach their potential
  • Supporting classroom routines, learning activities, and behaviour strategies
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to provide tailored support
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, tutoring, or youth work)
  • A patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEND
