- Conducting periodic programme reviews and maintaining schedules
- Integrating risk management into planning processes
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals
- Reporting on project progress and potential issues
- Leading and motivating project teams
- Managing integration of multiple contractor submissions into programme-level schedules
- Utilising advanced IT systems and planning software tools
- Upholding NEC4 schedule contractual requirements
- Experience in major rail projects is essential
- Minimum of 5 years in project/programme planning and familiarity with associated software tools
- Minimum of 10 years involved in major engineering projects
- Understanding of NEC4 schedule contractual requirements
- Proficiency in both basic and advanced IT systems
- Proven experience with technical engineering, construction, and access disciplines
- Strong communication skills across all organisational levels
- Ability to work effectively within teams and demonstrate shared successes
- Graduate level with strategic thinking abilities
- Experience operating P6 loadspring database and managing security privileges
- Extensive knowledge in creating and updating scheduling strategies and processes
- Understanding of schedule assurance processes for projects and programmes
- Familiarity with Power BI
