As a Nursery Practitioner, your role may include:Supporting children aged 0-5 with their emotional, social, and cognitive developmentPlanning and leading engaging activities tailored to early years learningCreating a safe, stimulating environment where children can thriveBuilding strong, positive relationships with families and colleaguesSupporting daily routines including meals, naps, outdoor play, and transitionsWhat We're Looking For:A Level 3 or 4 Childcare qualificationA nurturing, positive approach with flexibility to adapt to different settingsConfidence working independently and collaborativelyA passion for helping children flourish within their local BS24 communityEnhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)In return for the above you can expect to receive:
