Vertical Window Cleaner - Cradle Experience

• Safely operate a variety of aerial lift equipment, including cradles, Scissor lifts to clean windows on high-rise buildings
• Follow strict safety protocols and guidelines at all times while working at heights
• Clean exterior and interior surfaces of windows using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment
• Inspect and report any maintenance or repair needs for equipment
• Adhere to established schedules and attend to any urgent requests for window cleaning
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients and building occupants

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a vertical window cleaner with cradle experience and SAEMA Training, IPAF, Working at Heights and Harness
• Knowledge of proper safety protocols and guidelines for working at heights
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be available to work 1-2 weekends per month minimum
