- Proven experience in a team coordinator, project administrator, or similar role
- Proficiency in document control using tools like Aconex, CEMAR, Atvero, or CMap PIM
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and compiling client reports
- Strong organisational skills with a flexible, self-directed approach
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across all levels
- High attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Familiarity with architectural or design studio environments is a plus!
