If you have a strong sales track record and a passion for property, this could be the perfect role for you.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Registering and managing applicants and vendors
  • Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
  • Carrying out property valuations and winning instructions
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Promoting the company brand and values in the local market
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Experience in residential estate agency (essential)
  • Proven ability to win instructions and carry out valuations
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Great telephone manner and communication skills
  • Positive, driven, and professional attitude
  • Knowledge of Yateley and surrounding areas (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving License (essential)
  • Well-presented and self-motivated
