This will enhance social care services for adults externally, by driving workforce development initiatives, inspiring change, supporting care providers and empowering individuals working in adult social care.What We're Looking For:Bring your expertise in coordinating and implementing workforce development initiatives to this role, where evidence-based decision-making will be at the heart of your success.
