Early Years Teacher FolkestoneAcademics in Canterbury are seeking a nurturing, creative, and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our welcoming and inclusive early years settings in Folkestone. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support young learners at the very beginning of their educational journey.Key Responsibilities:*Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
*Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment
*Promote the emotional, social, and cognitive development of all pupils
*Monitor and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records
*Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure consistent support
*Foster positive relationships and encourage independence and curiosity
*Uphold safeguarding policies and promote equal opportunities for all childrenWhat We're Looking For:*A qualified Early Years Teacher (QTS or EYTS)
*Passion for early years education and child development
*Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
*Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
*Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
