Pensions Administrator – Newcastle – £32,000 + Excellent BenefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pensions Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Newcastle. This hybrid role offers a salary of up to £32,000 plus a generous benefits package. The company is a large and respected organisation, operating for over 30 years, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to its members. You'll be joining a dedicated pensions team responsible for administering both final salary and money purchase pension schemes.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate pension records and process calculations using the in-house pension systemsLiaise with scheme members and third-party providers, offering clear and helpful responses to queriesPrepare and send regular correspondence, including annual statements and bulk mailingsSupport ongoing and ad-hoc pension administration projects as requiredEnsure compliance with internal procedures and pension regulationsWhat Experience is RequiredPrevious experience within pension administrationExcellent communication and numerical skills, with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WordSalary & BenefitsSalary up to £32,000, dependent on experienceAnnual discretionary bonus (up to 10%)Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 from home)25 days holiday (plus the option to purchase more)Company pension scheme with matched contributionsPrivate medical insurance and free local travel passLocationThe office is based in Newcastle and is easily commutable from Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham
