- Oversee payroll processing including calculations, deductions, statutory payments, pensions and compliance, while maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies.
- HR administration including managing new starters, leavers and role changes, maintaining accurate HR databases and creating reports.
- Coordinate and support recruitment processes including conducting interviews and onboarding activities.
- Handle day to day HR queries, provide guidance in line with policies and support absence management and occupational health processes.
- Collaborate with the HR & Finance teams, assisting with other general HR and finance related tasks.
- Previous experience in a Payroll/HR/Administration position is essential.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Strong computer literacy including Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to manage relationships at all levels.
