If so, we would like to hear from you.Role: Care AssistantHours: 17.5 hours per week (3 days in week A and 4 days in week B totalling an average of 17.5 hours per week)Shift pattern: 4pm - 9pm including some weekendsSalary: £12.96 per hour (£11,825 pro rata FTE)Location: Wixams Retirement Village, Bedford Road, Bedford, MK42 6EAAs a Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
  • Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
  • Encourage independence and self-belief
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
  • Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
  • Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
  • Passionate about delivering a quality care service
  • Flexible with hours.
