- Leading and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality maintenance, repairs, and installations in both domestic and communal properties.
- Overseeing fleet management, materials procurement, supplier relationships, onboarding of new builds, and team HR matters (including performance, training, and recruitment).
- Monitoring and reporting on service delivery to ensure value for money and consistent high standards.
- Working with colleagues across M&E, Voids, Damp & Mould, and Repairs and Maintenance to deliver joined-up services.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations across all in-house electrical work.
- You’ll also play a key role in forecasting future maintenance and investment needs—helping shape the council’s long-term housing strategy and compliance ambitions.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in delivering and coordinating electrical repairs and maintenance.
