- Manage lettings enquiries and viewings for residential properties
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and prepare relevant documentation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
- Keep abreast of local market trends and conditions in Staines
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the tenancy process
- Collaborate with the wider team to maximise lettings opportunities
- Promote the agency's services to generate new business
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a professional, well-presented approach
- Local knowledge of the Staines area is preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Thorough understanding of estate agency lettings procedures
