Proven track record in automation, project management, and team leadership. Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, Lean tools, and ERP/MRP systems. Experience with SIOP, production planning, and resource management. Familiarity with I4.0 technologies and engineering innovations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. IT literate and comfortable with data-driven decision-making. Strong people management and performance coaching skills. Ability to manage poor performance and drive accountability. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Experience in planning and executing production orders. Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and delivery excellence.
