We are committed to delivering high-quality education services tailored to the unique needs of each student, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).Job Description: We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutors to join our team. As an SEN Tutor with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and personal development of school-age students with diverse learning needs.Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group tuition sessions for students with SEN, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD, and Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
Develop individualized learning plans and instructional materials tailored to the specific needs and abilities of each student.
Implement effective teaching strategies and techniques to support students in achieving their academic goals and fostering their personal growth.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative and holistic approach to student support and progress monitoring.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, including assessment data, session summaries, and communication logs.

Requirements:

A recognized teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE) or relevant tutoring experience.
Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of SEN conditions, interventions, and best practices in teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards supporting students with diverse learning needs.
