Our mission is to provide innovative solutions that improve the lives of women everywhere. We are seeking a passionate and driven Women’s Health Account Manager (WHAM) to join our dynamic team. This role involves selling products, gaining market access for new products, and ensuring the delivery of sales and market access outcomes at a territory level.About you:The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Track record of consistent sales success in both Primary & Secondary Care.
  • Experience in payer and clinician customer-facing roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Successful account management and delivering a mutual agenda based on strong customer insight.
  • Evidence of developing and implementing successful complex business plans.
  • Understanding of national and local NHS drivers influencing local healthcare priorities.
  • In-depth understanding of Women’s Health and other important disease areas.
  • Familiarity with the ABPI Code of Practice and relevant regulations.
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Computer literacy and a full driving license.
About the role:As a Women’s Health Account Manager, following are your key responsibilities:
  • Hit sales targets for the portfolio within designated territories.
  • Deliver objectives for the UK within allocated resources, resolving key issues as they arise.
  • Achieve an agreed activity rate on key customers in designated accounts including GPs, Key Secondary Care customers, Pharmacies, and others as directed.
  • Build a deep understanding of the environment covering customers, patients, Women’s Health, and other important disease areas.
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with leading influencers and decision-makers on the territory.
  • Create and maintain a business plan covering key customers and LHEs within the territory, aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop advocacy, access, and awareness across LHEs for Theramex brands.
  • Facilitate the development of formularies, positive policies, and guidelines for Theramex brands.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the company contact recording system.
  • Identification of projects which will deliver a win for the patient, the NHS and Theramex.
