Job DescriptionAdult Social Worker, Front door Team, KnowsleyExperienced social workers full time 36hrs Front Door Team Knowsley Hybrid working Main responsibilities To have experience and understanding of duty function and ability to work within a fast paced team Experience of undertaking Social Care Needs Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, safeguarding's, DST's/CHC Case Recording skills Ability to right size support and signpost where necessary Ability to evidence, manage and escalate risks Time management skills Care user essential£31.15 per hour
You will need to have experience in a similar role.
