- Manage and grow a customer portfolio for both business and personal customers.
- Discuss customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure all customers are contacted in a timely manner.
- Provide quotes and process orders.
- Keep all customer records updated and accurate.
- Hit agreed-upon KPIs.
- Understand and take accountability for FCA Guidelines.
- Sales experience is essential for this role.
- Telephone sales experience is desired.
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional telephone manner and exceptional communication skills.
- Driven to provide excellent customer service and have a positive attitude.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Desire to build a successful career in the motor industry.
- Base salary of £25,000 – £27,000 pa, depending on experience.
- Monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPIs.
- OTE of circa £45-50k in year 1, £60-80k in year 2, and £100k plus in year 3.
- 20 days annual leave plus UK Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day every year up to a maximum of 25 days.
