Agricultural Engineer

• Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of machinery in your role as an agricultural machinery engineer, both on-site and in the workshop
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections and setup of new and used equipment
• Complete all relevant documentation such as job cards, timesheets, and reports
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace and follow health & safety protocols
• Use diagnostic tools confidently and competently
• Assist with mentoring apprentices and contribute to ongoing training
• Operate IT systems for diagnostics and reporting

• Proven experience as an agricultural machinery engineer with strong mechanical knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with John Deere equipment is a bonus, but not essential
