A respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their Watford-based team.The Quantity Surveyor’s RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the delivery of a range of projects across the healthcare sector, primarily with NHS clients. Schemes range in value from £250K to £40M and include both refurbishment and new build works. You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility through to final account, and will be offered hands-on support and mentoring from the Director of Cost Management.The successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers and healthcare stakeholders, ensuring cost certainty and value at every stage of the process. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of projects and contribute proactively to both internal growth and external client satisfaction.This is an ideal position for a Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a smaller team environment, enjoys being fully immersed in project delivery, and is seeking clear development and progression opportunities.The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Pre & Post Contract Experience
  • Able to commute to Watford office
  • Healthcare or Public Sector project experience
