As a Bartender at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons you will be responsible for providing the best possible service for our guests, using storytelling to bring the drinks alive and to assist in recommending drinks and cocktails for every occasion.If you are looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.Primary Responsibilities Include· Ensure that the bar is appropriately set up and everything is in line with Le Manoir standards of excellence· Creating and crafting all drinks for our guests to the highest possible standard· Deliver a personalised, instinctive and understated service to ensure that excellence exists in everything we do.· Demonstrate promptness, anticipation and organisation to deal with the different aspects of each service· Embrace feedback and improve yourself by seeking the views of others around you, and by respecting and following the standards of excellence/LQA/AA/Forbes and work towards always increasing the score· Have a genuine interest and passion for drinks and drinks serviceAbout UsExperience the best gardens and gastronomy in the English countryside.   • Previous work experience in a luxury bar (preferable but not necessary)
  • Good knowledge of drinks and bar setup
  • Previous experience liaising with guests
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Flexibility in terms of working both evenings and weekends
  • High standards of personal presentation
