- Leading on formal employee relations casework, including complex disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance concerns
- Managing all employee relations matters that are at ACAS early conciliation and/or employment tribunal stage
- Managing and developing the production of legally compliant employment policies and procedures which reflect ACAS and sector best practice
- Advising and supporting senior leaders and managers across the organisation on employee relations matters
- Developing and delivering training to line managers
- Monitoring and reporting on ER cases data
- Leading or contributing to key HR projects as directed by the Director of People
