Be forthcoming with ideas to improve the CRM system's capabilities and the company's processes, utilising upcoming technologies where possible.
Integrate CRM system with other business applications and 3rd party tools to ensure data consistency.
Create a functional and technical roadmap for CRM improvements.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer with a focus on both Dynamics and Power Platform.
Confident in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
Ability to customise CRM Plugins, workflows, and custom development.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and a positive attitude toward collaboration.
Benefits
