You will manage the bidding programme, track the progress of conservation projects, and work closely with the Head of Conservation to ensure timely delivery and compliance with budgets and KPIs.Your role will also include managing stock materials and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe studio environment in partnership with the Estates and Preventive teams, leading reviews of new techniques and treatments to improve conservation practices, directly managing team leaders to support smooth workflows and progress, supporting the learning and development needs of conservators and team leaders, and guiding the conservation teams through a major relocation as part of the St Pancras Transformed capital project.About usWe are the national library of the UK and we are here for everyone.
