Based in London, our client is a fast-growing entrepreneurial international flexible workspace business, with various subsidiaries. It is seeking an Interim Financial Controller for a 2 - 4 month assignment, potentially extendable.Reporting to the Board, this Financial Controller role will focus on establishing quality reporting and forecasting procedures and controls for Management and Investors going forward, in a small Group environment, including:
Strengthen the month-end close, monthly financial reporting and cash flow management.
Implement weekly cash flow reporting processes with visibility of cash positions and liquidity risks.
Develop a weekly KPI dashboard for stakeholders (sales, occupancy and other key metrics).
Lead the build-out of a long-term forecast model with sensitivity/scenario analysis for KPIs.
Strengthen any control weaknesses within the finance environment.
Assess the incumbent Finance Manager's skills and provide training for the role.
This Financial Controller role will require:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Strong technical and operational finance experience, ideally in property or related sectors
Advanced Excel and presentation skills
Immediate availability preferred - available for at least 3 months - London-based
