Start Date: As soon as possibleAbout the RoleWe are recruiting a part-time Helpdesk Coordinator to join our client's Facilities Department in Kearsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional mannerLogging calls accurately onto the helpdesk systemProviding advice and support to colleagues and clientsBooking repairs and coordinating with contractors or engineersUpdating records and maintaining accurate system informationCarrying out general administrative duties to support the Facilities DepartmentAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this Helpdesk Coordinator role will be friendly, approachable, and well-organised, with excellent communication skills.
