  • Provide daily care, support, and mentorship to residents.
  • Implement robust safeguarding procedures to ensure resident well-being.
  • Help develop and execute individual care plans to meet personal goals.
  • Plan and lead engaging activities, outings, and daily routines.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential resident records and reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, families, and external agencies.
  • Support residents with their education, appointments, and life skills development.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in residential care, support work, or a related field.
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Effective de-escalation skills for challenging situations.
  • Proficient IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
  • Full UK driving licence (highly desirable).
  • First Aid certification (desirable).
