- Maintain accurate and confidential resident records and reports.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, families, and external agencies.
- Support residents with their education, appointments, and life skills development.
- Experience in residential care, support work, or a related field.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Effective de-escalation skills for challenging situations.
- Proficient IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
- Full UK driving licence (highly desirable).
- First Aid certification (desirable).
- Naturally empathetic, compassionate, and passionate about helping others.
- Highly patient and resilient, especially when faced with challenges.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong sense of integrity.
