Business Unit: WPSJoin WPS as our Communications and Marketing Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our housing maintenance services. This role ensures the delivery of the WPS communications and marketing strategy, promoting our integrated proposition and highlighting the added value brought by Liberty.🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic communications and marketing projects including targeted campaigns, core message development, and leadership communications.
- Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Business Partner for social homes to ensure a unified approach across the sector.
- Drive external communications including proposition messaging, media releases, and industry event promotion.
- Develop and deliver a content strategy that profiles leaders and promotes WPS at key events.
- Manage employee communications across housing maintenance and Liberty divisions.
- Engage senior stakeholders to plan and agree on activities that support business growth.
- Work closely with business development and proposals teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure ROI and customer satisfaction.
- Establish KPIs and track performance of marketing activities.
- Experienced in senior-level communications within in-house or agency settings.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across matrix-style organisations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Proven track record in communication strategy, project management, and leadership communications.
- Technical knowledge in digital content, brand management, and event planning.
- Creative problem-solver with experience in organisational change.
- Self-starter with a professional, positive attitude.
