FINTEC recruit is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a modular building company based in Witney. This is a permanent position with base salary £40,000 with OTE £50k to £70k plus mileage allowance & benefits.Responsibilities:
  • Managing housing/modular build projects which include redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed use schemes.
  • Involved in construction fit out, refurb & building project management
  • Building relationships with & liaising with third party suppliers & contractors
  • Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for key projects
  • Ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all projects
  • Develop project scopes for commercial new build or refurb projects.
  • Manage resource availability, allocation, and oversee project progress
Skills and Experience required for the Construction Project Manager role:
  • Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings
  • Experience leading projects from cradle to grave
  • Knowledge and experience Microsoft suite - Microsoft Projects etc
  • Background experience of management, budgeting, analysis and QS skills
  • RICS qualifications an advantage, not an essential
