Our client, a small firm based in Chancery Lane need a litigation paralegal to assist their Equity Partner in the Insurance Litigation Team. Duties are as follows:
  • Providing complete assistance to the team and clients regarding various legal issues, including
  • Identifying and retrieving information necessary to support legal decision-making
  • Drafting and amending legal documentation
  • Preparing and issuing correspondence, including client notifications and letters
  • Preparing court bundles as required
  • Undertaking relevant research, as required
  • Creating, issuing and ensuring payment of invoices
  • Maintaining records and using the IT systems to undertake searches
  • Undertaking office administration to support the team, to include filing, photocopying, responding to emails
They are initially offering this on a 6 month FTC and need some from a commercial litigation background, some experience in Insurance would be ideal but not essential. The role is starting ASAP. Salary circa £35K and 4 days in the office.
