
Programmatic AdTech Manager

- Set up and manage new programmatic demand partners and integrations (e.g. header bidding, video player bidding, tag-based partners)
- Configure ad setups for website launches including ad units and placement logics.
- Conduct regular health checks and daily optimisations for our website display and video monetisation, highlighting any potential obstructions
- Building strong relationships with demand partners through regular check-ins and QBRs; testing new solutions to drive performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Editorial, Data and Development to support strategic initiatives and revenue-driving projects.
- Own and manage our consent management platform set-up
- Support on larger team projects such as site launches, migrations and new tech rollouts, ensuring clear objectives and a timely delivery.
- Identify and propose new growth opportunities through emerging AdTech solutions, formats and industry trends.
