Using all major platforms, we've rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.About the Role 🔥Due to continued growth, LADbible Group is looking for a Programmatic AdTech Manager to join the talented Commercial Operations team!This role calls for someone from a publisher or media owner background, with hands-on experience in building and managing relationships with SSPs and a familiarity with managed Pre-bid wrapper products.Reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Operations, you will play a key role in managing and optimising our programmatic setup across display and video; working closely with the teams across Yield, Ad Operations, Sales and Dev teams in a highly collaborative environment.What the opportunity looks like 👀
  • Set up and manage new programmatic demand partners and integrations (e.g. header bidding, video player bidding, tag-based partners)
  • Configure ad setups for website launches including ad units and placement logics.
  • Conduct regular health checks and daily optimisations for our website display and video monetisation, highlighting any potential obstructions
  • Building strong relationships with demand partners through regular check-ins and QBRs; testing new solutions to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Editorial, Data and Development to support strategic initiatives and revenue-driving projects.
  • Own and manage our consent management platform set-up
  • Support on larger team projects such as site launches, migrations and new tech rollouts, ensuring clear objectives and a timely delivery.
  • Identify and propose new growth opportunities through emerging AdTech solutions, formats and industry trends.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have 🧑‍💻Previous experience working in a Programmatic or AdTech role, either for a publisher / media ownerProven experience in building strong relationships with SSPsProficient working with Google Ad Manager or other ad serversPrevious experience using programmatic technology, such as managed Prebid wrappers, Amazon TAM, video players, DMP and CMP platformsStrong understanding of adtech stacks and their functionalityTrack record of Integrating AdTech partners and solutionsA highly analytical mindset with with solid Excel skills; an ability to identify data trend to optimise performanceStrong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detailAbility to work proactively to drive projects forward and communicate with stakeholders at all levelsHighly organised individual with the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks concurrentlyStrong passion for LADbible Group brandsAn outside-the-box thinkerWhat's in it for you 🫵
