- Delivery of tooling and pricing process capabilities to allow Homes Commercial Pricing, Execution and Reporting.
- Support the wider team in production and transformation of high-quality data and analytics, promoting collaboration to use diverse expertise and drive innovative solutions.
- Maintaining and implementing data management, controls and governance, ensuring effective oversight to minimise risk and ensure compliance with group standards.
- Champion for change, finding opportunities to improve our existing data, process and tooling capabilities and transform our current ways of working.
- Collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues to understand and deliver pricing capability needs for Homes Commercial Pricing, Performance, and Reporting.
- A strong drive for continuous improvement and transformation, backed by proven experience in developing solutions using a broad range of analytical tools.
- Strong coding skills, particularly in SQL, Python, VBA and Power BI—with experience in GCP native tools considered highly desirable (but not essential).
- A passion for developing future-focused skills across the team, actively supporting cross-team learning and collaboration.
- A self-motivated problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and inspires others to embrace transformation.
- An effective communicator who can craft compelling narratives for senior leaders, influence decision-making, and collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and experience using Jira to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency is desirable.
- Experience in Mortgages and/or Pricing Analysis is a plus, though not essential.
