Safran are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Material Planner to lead our Material Scheduling team. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the material planning activities, ensuring an efficient and seamless manufacturing process.

Leading and mentor the material planning team
Coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and efficient production.
Implementing strategic plans to improve material availability and reduce stock shortages.
Providing team leadership and fostering a positive work environment.
Monitoring market trends to predict potential disruptions in the supply chain.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

You will be working for an international key player in the Aviation Industry|Safran Seats is one of the world's leading suppliers of seating for passengers

Prior experience in a leadership role within the Procurement & Supply Chain department.
Good working knowledge or ERP and MRP systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of industry regulations and supply chain management.
Proficiency in using material planning software and tools
