Van & fuel card providedWe’re currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of around 14 sites across the Southwest and Midlands.This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate. You will be based at home but you will be required to travel to site monthly.About the Role:
- Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple locations
- Conducting regular site visits and quality checks
- Organising rotas, covering holidays, and managing performance
- Liasing with clients, conducting regular service reviews and actioning feedback
- Ensuring all work meets health & safety and compliance standard
- Acting as the first point of contact for any on-site issues or client needs
- Previous cleaning experience is essential
- Experience managing or supervising cleaners
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work alone and self motivate
- Willing to clean when required (Cover needs)
- A flexible, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
- A full UK driving licence is required
- £27,375 per year

- Monday to Friday hours – no weekends
