Join our dynamic finance team in London or Dubai, where you'll play a key role in maximising cash flow, reducing risk, and driving the success of world-class events.The Role:
As Credit Controller, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely debt collection and minimising exposure to bad debts. You'll proactively manage the accounts receivable ledger through calls, emails, and letters, always ensuring our payment policies are upheld.
With global events on the horizon, you'll show flexibility by working international hours when required, and even travel overseas to liaise directly with clients and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:
  • Chasing outstanding payments to protect company cash flow
  • Maintaining accurate financial records using Salesforce and FinancialForce
  • Resolving account queries efficiently to minimise risk
  • Building strong internal and external relationships to support collections
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 1 year's finance department experience (credit control, AR or collections)
  • Knowledge of international payments; events industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, FinancialForce, Excel and Word
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
