8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday- Friday
6 month contract

Modern office-based facilities.

The Role - Call Handler: * Accepting incoming calls

Reading from a script
Asking relevant questions
Making notes
Passing calls to the controllers

What our client is looking for in an Call Handler: * Some office-based Administration or telesales/ customer service experience is required - ESSENTIAL.

Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work in a team environment.
