Hours: 20 hours per week (overtime available)
Pay Rate: Β£13.65 per hour
Location: Warton (PR4)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (must be flexible)

In this role, you will provide and maintain a high-quality security service in line with Assignment Instructions and customer requirements, ensuring the safety of employees, passengers, property, and other assets.This is a customer-focused position where you will be expected to consistently demonstrate Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct passenger and staff screening on-siteOperate as an Aviation Pre-Screener, X-Ray Scanner Operator, Person Searcher, Tray/Bag Searcher, and Temporary Critical Part SecurityCarry out aircraft searches and documentation checksMaintain a visible and effective departmental security presenceComplete training in line with UK NASP and local regulationsRespond to airfield/site emergencies as per departmental proceduresAdhere to DfT and airport regulations while ensuring the highest level of customer careComplete incident reporting and documentation as requiredSupport the Aviation Security Manager CAT with other duties as directedCompetencies RequiredStrong self-management and decision-making skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to operational excellenceAbility to build strong working relationshipsQualificationsPerson SpecificationEssential:A full 5-year checkable work historyCompetent in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with discretion in handling sensitive informationAdaptable and responsive to changing prioritiesFlexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and eveningsWillingness to work additional overtime when requiredDesirable:Accredited GSO/DNXT Aviation Security Officer qualificationAdditional Beneficial Training/Skills:Health & Safety at WorkCustomer Service TrainingFirst Aid at Work
