Sacco Mann are working with a respected and long-established law firm based in the heart of Bakewell, Derbyshire, who are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Will Writer to join their Private Client team.This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who thrives on helping clients plan for the future with clarity and confidence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and associated documentation
  • Conducting client meetings to gather instructions with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Managing your own caseload efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards
  • Supporting the wider Private Client team as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in Will writing and private client work
  • Excellent client care skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • A commitment to providing clear, jargon-free advice
