  • Lead the analysis, conversion, and upgrading of existing training content in line with evolving requirements.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Gap Analysis (TGA) using the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and JSP822 framework.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams and MoD stakeholders to ensure alignment with current technical specifications, training standards and operational needs.
  • Develop uplifted training materials in accordance with company and MoD policies.
  • Potentially take on a team lead role for designated work packages.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated expertise in DSAT methodology and JSP822 application.
  • Strong background in Defence training analysis, design, and development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and instructional design teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
