- Maintain and administer the investment appraisal model in line with external market conditions (e.g., power prices, interest rate assumptions etc).
- Work with the business development team on new solar and battery opportunities to provide insight on project returns.
- Support updates to assumptions and inputs in financial models (e.g., generation volumes, pricing, cost data).
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of regular performance reports, including providing insight to the Finance team on budgetary items to assist in monthly variance analysis.
- Provide ad hoc analysis as required by the Senior Commercial Finance Manager or wider business.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial inputs and outputs.
- Bachelor's degree within related field preferred
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Proficient experience with Excel formulas, pivot tables, or basic modelling.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with people across the business.
- Strong organisational skills and time management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial concepts (e.g., profit & loss, forecasting, variance analysis) will be advantageous.
- A competitive salary range of £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
