These are the values that drive us through every day.Why be a Marketplace Executive at THG?We are looking for a Marketplace Executive to look after Myprotein China, you will help drive our brand, sales and performance across Myprotein China through marketplace such as Tmall, JD, PDD, Douyin and more.As a Marketplace Executive you'll:
  • Ownership and responsibility of one or more Myprotein Marketplaces (Tmall, JD, PDD, Douyin and More) in China, as well as driving consistent growth and brand visibility in China
  • Analyse e-commerce KPIs and data daily (using Excel, marketplaces Analytics and other tools) to maximise sales opportunities, react accordingly, and formulate future strategy
  • Collaboration with wider teams, including NPD team, Central Marketing team, Supply Chain team in order to drive growth efficiently.
  • Responsible for P&L of Myprotein marketplace, with monthly Revenue and Net GP targets
  • Work with the China Marketing team to establish brand presence in the territory through influencer/ambassador partnerships, 3rd party collaboration, affiliate network, retail/B2B partnerships as well as online presence through paid social, social and PPC channels.
  • Work with the central supply chain team in order to maintain strong site stock availability.
  • Work with TP in China for the store operation.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
  • Language Skills: Native Chinese, fluent English (both verbal and written)
  • Degree qualified and strong academic record
  • Experience with Tmall/JD/PDD/Douyin -
  • Experience within Ecommerce / Trading platforms
  • Strong interest in the Sports Nutrition / Fitness industry
  • Ambitious and prepared to take on responsibility
  • Commercially astute and intelligent
  • Proven communication skills
