What Division will I be working in?Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations all across the UK and Ireland.   • Lead and supervise workshop and mobile technicians
  • Maintain workshop productivity and efficiency
  • Manage scheduling, holidays, attendance, and overtime
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Oversee servicing, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Support technician development and training
  • Maintain workshop housekeeping and stock levels
  • Liaise with Fleet Control and use R2C for workflow management
Qualifications🎯 What We’re Looking For:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Fully qualified HGV Technician
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Cat C desirable)
  • Strong data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance
  • Ability to pass a security check (criminality, financial, and employment references)
