If you’re looking to join a dynamic organisation where your expertise directly impacts major power delivery projects—and offers long-term stability—this is the role for you.What you'll be doing as a Construction ManagerLead and manage construction activities across multiple sites, starting with Folkestone and New Forest, with additional work planned in Essex.Oversee site operations involving HV switchgear and substantiate power experience—including substation installations, commissioning, or similar.Represent the company on site, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver safely, on time, and to budget.Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.Provide regular reporting and communicate effectively across stakeholders to keep projects aligned and progressing.Must‑Have Experience & Qualifications for this Construction Manager roleProven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry (not just project management).Hands‑on experience with HV switchgear; essential.Strong preference for candidates with power infrastructure experience, especially working on substations (e.g., transformer, switchgear, GIS/AIS installations).
