A parent is looking for a nanny to help support her when she returns to work after maternity leave in October. The 2 year old boy will be attending nursery 2 days a week so the family are looking for a nanny who can work the 3 days he is at home, or work as a nanny-housekeeper and carry out some housekeeping on the days he is at nursery. Approximate working hours are 9am to 5pm, however the parents are flexible on the 3 days as well as the start and finish times and are happy to work to something that fits with the nanny.You will have sole charge of the children and will be expected to carry out nursery duties as well as taking them out on activities. The family live close to Launceston so there are a lot of child-friendly activities nearby. They would like the nanny to become Ofsted registered and would like the nanny to start the process once the position has been offered.Dad works from home occasionally and the family has a dog.
