- You’ll be looking at various ways to expand Twinkl Cymru’s social media presence including managing existing channels such as Facebook and Instagram in addition to finding new ways to reach our target market. Your days will be spent creating marketing assets and content, being reactive on social channels and planning and delivering campaigns specific to the Welsh market.
- You’ll be responsible for identifying key trends and recording data based on engagement and reach. You’ll work closely with the Twinkl Wales Country Manager who will be your line manager, in addition to supporting the production team with marketing the latest resources and delivering feedback from customers on social media about what they want and need.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Welsh, as well as English
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, especially in the educational sector
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics software
- Ability to create engaging content across various channels, such as blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
- Organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics to optimise marketing campaigns
- Creativity and innovation to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to marketing initiatives
