These are just some of skills required to succeed, deliver the best outcomes for our customers and in return earn yourself some uncapped commission!The role itself is relatively simple…As one of our Outbound Sales Agents, your key focus will be contacting our network of previous customers and offering them the opportunity of using our services again. It will be your job to book them in for future health assessments, up-sell any packages/products that meet their goals or needs, put forward any special offers we have available, and ensure to provide the most positive and expert customer service experience possible.You'll be at the forefront of our customer retention interactions, helping them continue their journey towards taking control of their health.The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience in outbound sales, a strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, a hunger to succeed and resilience to remain focused.The hours and working pattern
  • Hybrid - 1 day per week in the head office in Worthing
  • 37.5 hours per week, as per allocated rota
  • Operational Days - Monday to Sunday
  • Operating hours (09:00 - 20:00)
  • Flexible part time hours available, ideally evenings and weekends within our formal operating hours

RequirementsWho we want….
  • Previous outbound telephone sales experience is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to confidently sell products.
  • High level of self-motivation to work independently and achieve/exceed sales KPIs
  • Great attention to detail
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, with an appetite to strive for excellence.
  • Ability to work within a hybrid role with around an 80/20 split between home and our head office.
